A single source unconfirmed report:

17 #Taliban and 4 #ISKP (Daesh) members were killed in a clash between the two groups in #Arghandab District of #Zabul Province. Local sources told @kabulnewstv that the ISKP fighters, equipped with heavy& light weapons, ambushed the Taliban. Image
In mid-2015, #Zabul Province was a second stronghold of #ISKP in AFG after Nangarhar. #IMU leader, Usman Ghazi & his supporters who pledged allegiance to Islamic State fought Taliban till death in Zabul, but the province was cleared of ISKP in end of 2015.

#IEA Provincial Director of Information and Culture, officially rejected the report about clash between #Taliban& #ISKP in #Zabul Province, as untrue&baseless:
"There is some false&baseless news about Arghandab District of Zabul Province on social media...
...Even some well-known media outlets (@kabulnewstv) have covered the baseless news in violation of the principles of journalism. We strongly reject the report and urge the media not to sacrifice speed for accuracy in the news.
Alhamdulillah, Zabul is safe."

Several #interpreters left behind in #AFG who worked for the #Netherlands have received letters from the #Taliban ordering them to appear n court. TB said their families could also be prosecuted if an interpreter does not show up.

"According to Dutch national television report, the Islamic Emirate's security forces have summoned interpreters who worked ...
... with Dutch forces for prosecution. We reject this report as untrue and this is just a claim and propaganda.
Some people may be trying to leave the country (Afghanistan) and seek asylum with these kind of claims."

An #explosion followed by gunfire (a Complex Attack) reported in #Charikar City, capital of #Parwan Province, today afternoon.
I have conflicting details from an MIED+SAF to storming of a private guesthouse by a group of suspected ISKP members after an explosion.

A Complex Attack took place in the afternoon in PD3 of Charikar City, which is still ongoing. No confirmed details available yet.

A thread on #ISKP:
Following takeover of Kabul City by the #Taliban in mid-August, with exception of two attacks against Kabul International #Airport (a deadly suicide attack near the airport gate& a failed rocket attack), the #ISKP activities in #Afghanistan came down to zero...
While #ISKP was sometime topping or used to be on 2nd or 3rd position either after Iraq, Africa or Syria on the attacks& casualties' list in the infographic of Islamic State's Al-Naba weeklies in the previous months; in the recent weeks, it is either at the bottom or disappeared.
There were two propaganda narratives about ISKP activities:
1. Taliban used to call the ISKP a terror wing of the NDS (intelligence), accusing government of supporting the group.
2. The government was saying that the ISKP is a just a new label over the hardliner Taliban or HQN.

A famous newspaper in #Iran, Jamhuri Islami (Islamic Republic), on its front page today printed a bold title: "A Shiite uprising launched in Afghanistan"
The newspaper reports that a new group called "Hashad al-Shiite" (Shiite uprising) has announced its existence in Afghanistan.
"I will command public uprising groups to fight alongside government forces and defend our homeland," Sayed Hassan al-Haydari, the leader of this new movement said in his first speech.
Haydari said that he will defend AFG's unity& sovereignty, with his experience of defending...
...#Shiite holy shrines/places in Iraq and Syria."
This comes as in December 2020, Iranian foreign minister, Javad Zarif, suggested that Afghan government could utilize members of the #Fatemiyoun militia, recruited& used by Iran to fight in Syria, in the fight against terrorism.

#Taliban released a "#Joint_Declaration" about the two-days intra-Afghan peace negotiations in #Doha (17-18 July 2021):
They agreed on the need to speed up negotiations to address the current conflict/crisis in Afghanistan and find a just and lasting solution to the problem ASAP.
They understand the need for a compromise that responds to the interests& aspirations of all men& women in AFG in the light of Islamic principles.
They are committed to engaging in high-level negotiations to reach a settlement& will continue to hold such meetings in the future.
At the same time, the two leaders (Baradar& Abdullah) instructed their negotiating teams to expedite negotiations.
Both sides r committed to ensuring that civilian infrastructure remains secure throughout AFG& will prevent civilian casualties& cooperate n humanitarian assistance.
