#Nasrallah: To our Christian brothers, neither Hezbollah, nor Amal, nor the Shia, nor any Muslim is your enemy. But Let's focus on Hezbollah.

#Nasrallah: When Daesh and Nusra penetrated eastern Lebanon and the Bekaa, who was their friends, their ally and their financial support? It was the Lebanese Forces party.

#Nasrallah to Christian Lebanese: Ask the people of Rablah, Deir Attieh, Maaloula, ask the churches in #Syria and the clergy in #Syria, how did Hezbollah treat you?

#Nasrallah: Who protected the Christians in the Bekaa? Early on, it was Hezbollah, not the Lebanese army because it was prevented from protecting the Christians of Lebanon by the US. The best of our men were lost in the battles to protect all Lebanese against Nusra & Daesh.

#Nasrallah: Although Jezzine (Christian) is in our area, Amal and Hezbollah gave orders to not let any of our armed men man enter Jezzine, to respect the sentiments of Christians and not let them feel threatened. We didn't even hunt the collaborators in Jezzine.

#Nasrallah: After #Israel left then south, we didn't kill Israel's collaborators in Christian areas. France killed around 10000 collaborators after WWII.

#Nasrallah: ever since 2000 (the liberation of South Lebanon from israeli occupation), all sects have lived peacefully in south Lebanon. Even the Lebanese Forces party members in this area were left to live in peace.

#Nasrallah: the greatest threat to Christians now in #Lebanon is the Lebanese Forces party and their leader. Their project of partitioning #Lebanon is still alive.

#Nasrallah: Why is the Lebanese Forces leader the greatest threat to #Lebanon? Because he allied with Daesh and Nusra and #Syria's 'revolutionaries'.

#NasrallaH: Were Nusra and Daesh to triump in #Syria, would they have left Christians in #Lebanon alone? How long would the Lebanese Forces party last against Daesh?

#Nasrallah: look how Christians left #Iraq, who pushed them to emigrate and leave? Daesh, the takfiris and #SaudiArabia and their regional and international allies.

#Nasrallah: Hezbollah is not a threat to Christians in #Lebanon, the Lebanese Forces party and their leader are the threat.

#Nasrallah: We have always been friends with Christians in #Lebanon. In 2005 I met with president Aoun in the church of Mar Mikhail and reached a historical understanding. We consider this as an opening to the greatest political movement among Christians in Lebanon.

#Nasrallah: who attacked this understanding we reached with Christians? The Lebanese Forces (LF) party because they do not want dialogue and opening to other sects.

#Nasrallah: Everything the LF could do to topple the political understanding we reached with the greatest Christian movement, the Free Patriotic Movement (FPM), they did.

#Nasrallah: we need a strong presence of Christians in gov and Hezbollah works toward this.

#Nasrallah is now addressing the problems with their Christain ally, the FPM. He said the FPM claimed Hezbollah's support for the presidency and Hezbollah had no problem because it was payback. However, there was another candidate who Hezbollah could support, Sleiman Frangieh

#Nasrallah regrets that there are frictions between the FPM (Aoun) and the Marada (Frangieh)

#Nasrallah: The Lebanese Forces say they have 15000 armed men and that they are stronger than what they were under the leadership of Gemayyel, that Hezbollah is weak internally and regionally. Nasrallah says the LF calculus is wrong.

#Nasrallah says he is working to prevent a civil war, but wants to set the record straight as LF lies do not serve psy-ops, the truth serves better the psy-op: Hezbollah can dispose of 100000 fighters (all Lebanese), that's the truth.

#Nasrallah: we trained these men to protect our country from terrorism, from invasion, and from the theft of Lebanon's, natural resources under the LF nose.

#Nasrallah to Geagea: stay quiet and polite because you don't know whow you are talking about and what you are facing facing. We kept quiet after our men were massacred but I am telling all Lebanese to face this criminal to find peace again.

#Nasrallah: It's been two years since people in the street, protesting nearly every day, started calling us names and kept doing so, and we did nothing.

#Nasrallah: Few days ago we went to protest for once, and everything was announced before. We planned our protest peacefully, without arms, we prepared the speeches, and we relied on the army for security because the area was sensitive.

#Nasrallah: During the protest, suddenly people among us started falling under fire. This is the first part of the ambush. The second part was when people went into buildings to bring weapons into the streets.

#Nasrallah: we need to investigate and prosecute those responsible.

#Nasrallah: One of the videos showed one Lebanese army soldier firing at protesters. The army issued a statement about this. However we need to know who this individual was taking orders from.

#Nasrallah: There is a history of Lebanese army individuals firing at us. However, we consider this institution as the sole guarantee for the unity of #Lebanon.

#Nasrallah: The #US, the LF and #Israel wants us to fight the Lebanese army. That some individuals inside the army fire at us needs investigating and accountability and we will not be drawn into fighting the Lebanese army.

#Nasrallah: The Lebanese army are part of our equation: the army, the resistance and the people.

#Nasrallah: we have information that we presented to security apparatuses. The investigation is nearly done and in few days this is going to a court of law. I am following this issue personally. If the institutions do not assume their responsibility, then we will reconsider.

#Nasrallah: our eyes are open and if there is no accountability, and we will never leave the blood of our martyrs non avenged.

#Nasrallah: about the Beirut port explosion, we need to know the truth. This is of the utmost importance. There were 200 dead, many wounded and whole neighbourhoods destroyed.

#Nasrallah: people say why is Hezbollah protesting the investigation, none of its members has been accused, but I would say why is the rest of you silent? Many are manipulating the investigation, notably the LF and we need to know the truth, accused or not, we owe it to the dead.

#Nasrallah: why is the judge not revealing the truth to the families of the people who died? Hezbollah is taking on the responsibility to make sure the truth of this explosion is known.

#Nasrallah: we do not fear this investigation, and I am telling you, and this was before the protest of Oct 13, there are no accusations against Hezbollah in the Beirut port explosion, but we aren't protesting for us, we are protesting to know the truth for Lebanon and Lebanese.

#Nasrallah: that we protest to change the judge is considered a threat but Amerika asks to change the judge or else they would not give aid, and this isn't considered a threat?

#Nasrallah: the biggest responsibility for this explosion is for the judiciary. All those in prison accused of having a responsibility are innocent, and I am defending them, but why are the judges not responsible? The judges are the ones who allowed the ship to stay in the port.

#Nasrallah: we are prevented from reading the report on the investigation while foreign embassies have access. Why?

#Nasrallah: we are speaking today with grief mourning those who died, we ask the state, the institutions, it is time to take responsibility. We are running out of time.

#Nasrallah: God speaks to us, those who die in the path of God aren't dead, they are alive. The families of our 7 martyrs have expressed their patience and their responsibilities toward the country, despite all the provocations by the LF.

#Nasrallah: those who died on Oct 13 are like our martyrs who died on the battlefield, they died fighting on the path of God. Nasrallah hints that the response to their death would come but would be different.

#Nasrallah: Hezbollah has thousands of martyrs, and we should keep the goal for which they died, for the peace in #Lebanon and for the unity of #Lebanon.

#Nasrallah to the people of #Lebanon: do not count on the #US, it left Afghanistan and fosters Daesh there as a proxy, do not count on #Israel, they're afraid of fighting Hezbollah, do not count on #Saudi, they've been badly defeated in #Yemen and they don't know how to retreat.

The most important info to take from #Nasrallah's speech today is that Hezbollah has 100000 fighters, all Lebanese.

For the first time, Hezbollah's leader reveals the number of Hezbollah's Lebanese fighters. Having said in previous speeches that Hezbollah is able to recruit more, much more, from outside Lebanon, today's revelation should be put into context.
