I had small question to each and everyone? 🤔

What is the percentage of risk we have on stock market investments and Trading ?

So before going to invest or Trade In anything

whether it's Stock markets or commodity market or crypto markets understand This thing
💊

#StockMarket
The day you realise this thing

You won't argues with any investment in equity and crypto markets

You know what Gold and real estate also have 100 percent risk people not aware that 😂

Your Bank FD also have 100 percent risk

and then only one safe investment is there
That's government treasury bills

Given by Reserve Bank of India

But if inflation rises that is not going to give any thing

Let me explain how this thing's works everywhere

You know in 1980’s gold crashed

From 800 USD to 300 USD

In just couple of weeks
Look at rise and fall
After that Gold took almost 25 years break that High of 800 USD

In long term on an average #GOLD

Given hardly 8 percent cumulative return

Now moved to Real estate Reality in our country

Let me take recent example of #Amaravati capital of Andhra Pradesh state
When state bifurcated in 2014

After 1 year of Drama AP CM announces Amaravati as capital of of Andhra Pradesh

Before that and after announcement

land prices sky rocketed to 50x to 100x when you compared to prior 2014

Till 2015 end too much of hype
After that prices started falling

You don't know what's happening

Prior to the 2019 election people were hurry to sell their investment

But no buyers cause change in Government after the election

As expected in 2019 election Ruling party lost

Opposition came to power
New CM announces three capitals

There is no buyers for land

Prices went down more than 80% from the peak

This is how real estate operates in our country

In long term real estate generated 8% to 12% percent

And finding seller and buyer is very difficult and process too
Now when it's comes to your

Bank FD

Let's take the case of Yes Bank

If a Bank went Bankruptcy how much panic it will create on the overall system

Because of some measures of RBI

Yes Bank surviving

Otherwise imagine what will happen to your Fixed deposit
You will get 5 to 6 percent rate of return on your FD

Remember you have to pay tax on your FD return based on your tax bracket 😂

If Bank collapse your FD also not safe

thse all Returns are risk adjusted

In these traditional investments

You are having this much of risk
Now tell me

how much risk we have stock market

Simple it's 💯 percent

Cryptos also have same 100% percent risk

You don't have guarantee in FD
You don't have guarantee in Gold
You don't have guarantee in Real estate

But you want guarantee in stock market and Crypto market
How is this possible

These all investment asset classes runs on Demand and Supply

And on faith of Humas

Our systems

Run by politicians.

They have Greed.

They will eat money from the system

Which paid by tax payers

So that inflation soars

They will impose more taxes
Till you understand this demand and supply curve In the system

You think only #trading and #investment as gambling

If that's the case everything is gambling in this world

suggestion is
how much you are ready to loose that much invest in any assetclass based on your expectation

#Straddle Explained

This #strategy involves two options of same strikes price & same expiry, A long straddle is created by buying a call and a put of same strike & same expiry whereas a short straddle is created by shorting a call & put option of same strike & same expiry

1/n
Let us say a #stock is trading at Rs 6,000 and premiums for ATM call and put options are 257 and 136 respectively.
Long #Straddle
If you buys both a call & a put at these prices, then his maximum loss will be equal to the sum of these two premiums paid, which is equal to 393

2/n
And, price movement from here in either direction would first result in that person recovering his premium and then making profit. This position is undertaken when trader’s view on price of the underlying is uncertain but he thinks that in whatever direction the market moves
