1- Prime Minister, I’m enjoying a few days in mainland Europe.

The difference to 🇬🇧is remarkable!

EVERYONE other than small children wears a 😷, in ALL INDOOR PUBLIC AREAS, other than when sitting to eat/drink.

2-At underground stations, if you have no 😷on, you are promptly reminded to put one on.

At the entrance to shops/bars/restaurants/museums etc you are reminded to #WearAMask & must show proof of vaccination.

The windows on trains are all open & signs say - “Do not close”.

3- Signs are plentiful saying Wear a 😷/Cover mouth & nose/Let’s stay safe together/For you, for us, for all.

V few ppl are wearing fabric face-coverings or FRSMs😷.

~75% of the public are wearing N95 😷s.

NO ONE appears remotely bothered about wearing a 😷 ANYWHERE!

4- This is in stark contrast to our departure via @ManchesterAirp where despite signs/tannoy messages asking ppl to #WearAMask, ~25-30% were not, incl many staff.

The cramped, stuffy, low-ceilinged security hall was a #COVID nightmare…PACKED w/ people, PERSPEX & GEL everywhere.

5- A really scary reminder of the damage your government & you in particular Prime Minister, have done to vital public health messaging during the #COVID19 pandemic.

#COVIDisAirborne - how many more scientists/public health experts & HCPs need to explain?

Is this “your bit”👇🏼?

6- “Normal life” is happening here & no one appears to be making a fuss.

The vast majority realise the importance of working together to protect others, especially those who are more vulnerable.

Cases may well be ⬆️ again but most governments & the public are taking action.

7- This government’s #WilfulNegligence has killed 1000s of ppl unnecessarily, left many 1000s more w/ #LongCovid & made countless families suffer the pain of avoidable bereavement.

Jobs have been lost, more individuals/families are now facing poverty.

8- Hoards of innocent, unvaccinated children are STILL being FORCED into poorly ventilated, mitigation-free schools every single day.

Parents threatened & fined, CV/CEV children & families in fear again, essentially discounted.

9- & in the process you’ve allowed/enabled the #NHS to be completely overwhelmed, which is already resulting in yet more avoidable harm & suffering.

Patients are waiting for EVERYTHING Prime Minister, waiting dangerous amounts of time.

Staff across all areas are on their knees!

10- But still you choose to ignore us!

You’ve stuck your metaphorical fingers into your ears & ploughed on with a policy of #DeliberateMassInfection regardless, letting #COVID19 rip once again through a nation that has suffered more than enough already.

11- If I was younger, I would genuinely consider leaving 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 & settle in a more civilised, compassionate & intelligent country.

I cannot forgive you for what you have done @BorisJohnson, I doubt I ever will.
