Short OSINT on #CCPChina MSS outpost or "Fuzhou Police Overseas Service Station" in #Rotterdam located at Van der Sluysstraat 370 staffed by 'former' PLA & Chinese intelligence/security officers for surveillance, harassment, or even kidnapping of dual Chinese citizens: 🧵
2/ Report names Yanping Shu, and Jie Chen & Xiangrong Zhou as his seconds, all 3 are also on board of "Qingtian Nederland", another CCP front.
Registered to address also is "Biao Zhi Holding B.V." which was founded in 2014 & whose phone # match those in @SafeguardDefend report:
3/ Biao Zhi Holding B.V. (kvk#62040618) is listed variously as a "construction & repair" and a "financial holding" company of just "1 employee".
The address is an unremarkable & unmarked residential flat 75m²/3000m³ likely occupying 3 floors.
4/ Qingtiang Nederland (#72274379) is registered at Parkhaven 21, Rotterdam at a much nicer sprawling floating Chinese restaurant complex "Ocean Paradise" 3KM away. It was here that Yanping Shu called his "service station" a "police station" at gathering of 500 UFWD personnel in
5/ September (of 2022) where overseas Chinese from Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, France, Germany and Netherlands met for UFWD things. Not to be forgotten, they made lots of pictures and had a blast according to this article from Qingtian Media Group here: web.archive.org/web/2022102415…
8/ Thanks @SafeguardDefend for their great efforts uncovering these cruel & illegal foreign missions of the CCP terrorist regime. It's an insane thought they run these & Op Fox Hunt-style terror from at least 2014 onwards without being exposed until now.
10/ UPDATE: Per reporting; Amsterdam "station" appears to be "virtual" (online) and run by Shu Yanping (from Rotterdam?). Mentions "visits" by Chinese official Yan Huarong 颜华荣, D. Dir. of Lishui City Public Security Bureau, through DingTalk, an Alibaba videoconferencing app:
11/ Shu Yanping's # also listed as contact (curiously for Groningen city) in a list of people coordinating UFWD snatching up of PPE (hah!) to send off to China in this interesting document hosted by the Chinese embassy NL I found from googling his phone#: web.archive.org/web/2022102704…
12/ And here's why Groningen: Shu Yanping's number is also listed as admin contact for a webshop selling Bubble Tea & equipment/supplies in Groningen called moongwebshop owned by "Newshufu B.V." which is regged to another Chinese restaurant address. From this, we can speculate..
13/ that Shu Yanping, aside from "selling bubble tea", likely received his "special merit for pandemic prevention" because he oversaw CCP's organized mass looting of PPE in Netherlands from the start of the pandemic as detailed in multiple stories like: globalnews.ca/news/6858818/c…

So it seems more than anachronistic and bizarre for Musk et al. to suggest the US will benefit from a "similar" approach than Milei, who is tasked with breaking down decades of Argentinian isolationism and protectionism that simply doesn't exist in the US,..
which is perhaps the most international and globally interconnected economy on the planet.
So I'm not exaggerating when I say the countries couldn't be more different, and people should therefor be skeptical of Musk's stated goals.
Digital opium metaphor isn't unjustified - a problem I have with this view is the idea that the CCP which runs Tiktok & ByteDance (and Douyin) uses TT merely as some "digital opium" ie make it addictive & nothing else. No. That's only "retention & growth" part of their strat: 1/
2/ TT isn't merely an addictive craze like say some popular online videogames tend to be (or indeed Tencent's LoL is) and to frame it this way doesn't at all alert its users and potential users to the dangers. Nope, Tiktok is malware.
I will blow your mind take u back to 2016..
3/ Back in those medieval days of primitives, it would've been unthinkable to install Chinese software on anything in much of the world. Partly because companies in China had just been ordered by the CCP regime to subject and comply with PRC's new "natsec" & "cybersecurity" but..
Disagree; there are good indications Tiktok US penetration has peaked and has likely started to decline. Keep in mind ByteDance's self-reported numbers are entirely fake and inflated >10x and they had their app aggressively ping Cloudflare to fake activity & fool investors:
2/ If there was any good content on Tiktok, it'd be reposted. I haven't seen good content since the banned hero who explained Uyghur genocide while pretending to do a make-up tutorial.
I doubt Tiktok US has more than 1 million users, maybe 5m outside US.
3/ Heavily curated, censored malware platforms are not likely to produce/allow good content & the CCP benefits from ByteDance curating and manipulating content rankings and recommendation algorithms to promote their produced/sponsored content, such as: wsj.com/articles/teen-…
