Christmas wind down approaches I'm getting ready for a strong revival in Q123:
Just like a game of chess at the minute with Strategy, patience and understanding the complexity is key!

The year has gone to plan, but it's defiantly not checkmate... in fact quite the opposite...

The story only just is begging to unfold:
♟️Looking forward to finally completing the acquisition of the GSX.
♟️Ambitious plans for the GSX and for Valereum linking the fiat and digital worlds still in play in FULLY regulated environments.

♟️GSX will encourage a new generation of companies & assets to see Gibraltar as a virtual node in financial trade.
♟️In time we will seek an international listing for @ValereumPLC as we see this as a compelling investment proposition to go alongside an incoming European listing.

♟️The GSX will harness proven exchange technology from established providers & will be updated with full front to back trading & clearing functionality on a significant scale & expandability.
♟️#VLRM will create the foundation of a new international network headquartered in Gib.

♟️The future focus of the GSX will be to expand the access to European capital for early stage and small-cap companies in the Middle East, India and Africa where there is a huge opportunity to empower entrepreneurs across the region.

♟️There is a significant gap in the available small cap markets where we will provide solutions building from the ecosystem of accelerators and incubators through a full suite of private and public markets. This will provide a new transnational access to capital.

♟️In addition Valereum will be launching its NFT strategy in the first quarter of next year linking real world assets via NFT ownership.

The last year has seen lots of progress behind the scenes, which has yet to be reflected in the share price but also in investor sentiment!

I see this all changing next year after the approval to acquire the #GSX taking longer than originally anticipated! This isn't without risk but the board have been very clever......#financing

For those who think the abridge isn't happening and Crypto is dead... I say No crypto failure - quite the opposite really. There will be quite a few more crypto company deaths with #VLRM waiting to emerge into the bloodbath when it is wise to do so!

So what does the company do in the meantime I hear you ask?! Here's the clever bit; we have the #NFT market place oh and the #SME expansion which is a logical move forward on all fronts! I for one am looking forward to the big reveal in regards to the Middle East plan!

Don't forget Bridging can come in many forms and sizes ... I also look forward to us Bridging the the SME finance gap in the MENA regions!

At some point imo true market value will be seen and many will be shocked how big and what the Valereum group entails, VLRM share value isn't currently being reflected! Just watch the story finally start to unfold like moves in chess! Have a fab Sunday!
