♦️ They are best known for releasing research reports on overvalued or fraudulent companies and then shorting them.

♦️ They do their research on the target company by going into their public records and corporate documents.

♦️ Since their existence they have targeted atleast 16 companies and the latest one is Adani Group.

1⃣ Nikola - An EV Company

♦️ Hindenburg issued a report on #Nikola on September 10, 2020, citing it as a fraud.

♦️ The valuation of Nikola at that time was $16.56 billion.

♦️ Since then, it has dropped by 91.5%

2⃣ Clover Health - A HealthCare Company

♦️ Hindenburg released a report on #Clover Health on February 4, 2021, citing its broken business model.

♦️ The valuation of Clover Health at that time was $6.17 billion.
