Not sure about sequence quality.. but BA.2.10.1 looks like a misassignment (BJ* based recombinant.. likely XBB) -- will check and update if this is the case

Filtered "Aegis" sequences that are assigned as BA.2.10.1 -- As expected mostly bad QC sequences
