केंद्र सरकार की योजना थी कि लोकसभा स्पीकर की अगुवाई में जस्टिस वर्मा को हटाने की प्रक्रिया होगी और ये कार्य केंद्र सरकार करेगी

तभी राज्यसभा में वो हुआ, जिसने भाजपा, केंद्र सरकार को हिला दिया. VP धनखड़ साहब ने अचानक से राज्यसभा में जस्टिस वर्मा के ख़िलाफ़ विपक्ष द्वारा लाए गए महाभियोग के नोटिस को स्वीकार कर लिया. इस नोटिस पर 63 सांसदों के साइन थे और ये सभी सांसद विपक्ष के थे. धनखड़ साहब ने ये सब तब किया, जब राज्यसभा में नेता सदन जेपी नड्डा और वरिष्ठ मंत्री अनुपस्थित थे. सिर्फ क़ानून मंत्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल और जी किशन रेड्डी थे
जैसे ही धनखड़ साहब ने विपक्ष का प्रस्ताव स्वीकार किया, मेघवाल और रेड्डी के चेहरे की हवाइयां उड़ गई. दरअसल VP साहब ने केंद्र को बताए बिना विपक्ष का प्रस्ताव स्वीकार कर लिया था.

2. केंद्र सरकार जहां जहां लोकसभा में प्रस्ताव लाकर जस्टिस वर्मा को हटाने की प्रक्रिया का नेतृत्व कर न्यायिक सुधार की बड़ी मिसाल पेश करने जा रही थी, तभी धनखड़ साहब ने राज्यसभा के माध्यम से इसमें विपक्ष की भी एंट्री करा दी. केंद्र के सूत्रों की मानें तो ये सब जस्टिस वर्मा को बचाने की योजना का हिस्सा था क्योंकि विपक्ष के कई नेता जस्टिस वर्मा को हटाने के विरोध में बोल चुके थे

The Himachal Pradesh government has rolled out a new Job Trainee Policy for all Group A, B, and C posts in government departments, boards, and corporations.
Sounds like progress?
Think again.

1. The Tuglaqi farman of HP Congress govt. says that:
• Every new recruit will now serve as a ‘Job Trainee’ for 2 years — not a regular employee
• During this period, they’ll get only a fixed stipend (~60% of salary)
• No pension, no CCS leave rules, no insurance, no EPF/GPF, no LTC
• Health coverage under HimCare & Ayushman Bharat only
• After 2 years, they must clear another proficiency exam to even be considered for permanent employment
• Private agencies may be used for recruitment, raising concerns about transparency

2. Meanwhile, certain elite posts like HPAS officers, judges, professors, and constables are exempted from this policy.
Why the Outrage?
BJP leader Sudhir Sharma called this a “cruel joke on Himachali youth”, accusing the government of shattering dreams, outsourcing opportunities, and using trainees without guarantees.
Aspirants now face 2 years of uncertainty, lower pay, and no job security — all in the name of reform.
