Good morning and welcome to the daily thread for Day 367 of #Russia's full invasion of #Ukraine, although we're now into the tenth year of #Putin's troops being illegally on Ukrainian territory.
As always, all the news you need in one handy place, updated throughout the day...

Another large number of tanks destroyed by #Ukraine's army in the last 24 hours*
Also, another helicopter downed and 650 further invaders killed. Although this is down a little on some recent days the total figure will reach 150,000 on Tues or Weds.
*Ukr official figures
Britain's Ministry of Defence Intel briefing focuses on "kamikaze" drones.
As pointed out frequently in these daily threads, #Russia now mainly seems to use UAVs to test and reveal #Ukraine's air defences, often prior to a big cruise missile attack.
So no missile attacks on #Ukraine yesterday and #Russia's media completely ignored the anniversary of the invasion.
I believe it's because Putin had ordered #Donetsk (or at very least #Bakhmut) to be taken, but they failed.
The next date is the start of spring on 1 March.
Joe Biden has promised to "respond" if #China starts giving weapons to #Russia.
Speaking to ABC, @POTUS says he's pointed out the economic impact for Beijing if it supplies arms to kill Ukrainians.
Anger among Ukrainians this morning to some media reports in the west that #Germany#France and possibly the #UK too, are trying to push #Ukraine into resuming peace talks.
I don't know a single Ukrainian who trusts Germany and France after previous negotiating debacles.
The illegitimate President of #Belarus is heading to #China soon. Obviously too far and risky for Bunker Boy to head there, so he sends his lackey from the neighbouring New Soviet/Fascist Republic.
Risky for Lukashenko though. Can I hear the word "coup" in #Minsk?
They claim around 70 separate attacks by #Russia were repulsed on the eastern front, around Kupiansk, Lyman, Avdiivka and Shakhtars'ke near #Vuhledar, as well as Bakhmut and it's also still hot around #Kreminna
#Ukraine says it is putting further defences along the entire border with both #Russia and #Belarus.
The whole strip will be completely mined and the width of the defensive mine field and anti-tank defences will be 2km.
Most of the air raid alerts in #Ukraine were lifted by the way, but then new ones were imposed in most southern areas of #Ukraine because of ships and aircraft being active in the Black Sea.
New explosions reported in occupied #Melitopol' in the past few minutes.
During the night residents heard two blasts near the city centre, but because of curfew and secrecy from the Russians, no further details are known so far about these or the new explosions. #StopRussia
It's also very difficult getting verified information from #Mariupol' the big port in #Donetsk.
There have been reports of attacks by #Ukraine's military there for the past 4 days. Today a video's emerged supposedly of the latest blast site, a Russian base in the city.
I've not featured #Nikopol and #Marhanets in these threads for a while. They are located just over the river from the invaders in #Dnipropetrovsk region.
The shelling continues, almost every night.
Here are some photos from the latest damage

Support for the war in #Russia appears to be growing. A reliable poll shows that compared to two months ago, those in favour of continuing the conflict in #Ukraine has increased from 45% to 49%.
Of course many respondents refuse to answer, so the real figure may be lower.
In the 1st year of war, the #EU gave well over twice as much cash to #Russia than it did in support of #Ukraine.
The staggering statistic is the result of Europe buying so much fossil fuel from the Terrorist State, although graphs here show it's reducing
Also in #Perm' a one-person anti-war demo was daringly started on a bus.
He then got off, stood outside for a while with his "No War" poster. It's not known if police got to the mystery man or if he escaped
As more and more body bags come home, we have to hope protests increase
Emergency services in #Kherson have just released a video of a major fire at a kindergarten in the city after #Russia shelled the building last night.
They report that the invaaders continued to fire at them even while tackling the fire. Thankfully there were no injuries.
In #Kostyantynivka (RU: #Konstantinovka), Russia hit a kindergarten and four five-storey buildings with an S-300 missile (photos). Only one person was injured.
Also in free #Donetsk, the invaders fired two S-300s on #Lyman. 2 private houses were destroyed, no injuries reported.
In central #Moscow, a dormitory of a State University (MIIGAiK) caught fire.
The blaze broke out on the 16th floor. 52 people left the building on their own. It's believed everyone escaped without injury.
Fancy that. Just so happens #Russia had a drone monitoring the exact place in occupied #Donetsk at the exact moment rockets landed killing four people.
This was on Thursday in the Petrovskyi district of Donetsk.
Wednesday. Day 1302 of the illegal war started by Russia.
For all the fact-checked news about Ukraine, analysis not sugar-coated, and honest appraisals of the situation, trust an expert who isn't here for clicks (if I was I'd post lies & gory videos).

Yesterday an astonishing report from Yale showing Russia forcing kidnapped kids to work in drone factories, how Croatia may have embarrassed the Putin/ Hungary/Slovakia axis.
Those and many more stories in Tuesday's thread, click here to review:
Day 1301 of Ukraine fighting for its survival. The right to be free, speak their own language, worship in their own churches, to learn their own history.
A history of long suppression by Russia.
As war crimes grow daily, the words "never again" don't seem to apply.
Here's the🧵
Yesterday began, and ended, with Russia attacking Zaporizhzhia, injuring civilians.
Also, the head of the IAEA disgraced himself in Russia's arms, changes of 🇺🇦army leadership, and how a Russian guy was a Putin opponent, until 3 mins after being elected.
Day 1300 of Putin's war.
Another 100 days of fighting completed.
We are no nearer peace than we were 100 days ago.
Almost 200 days ago Trump demanded a 30-day unconditional ceasefire.
Not surprising as he started it, it's always Putin stopping peace.
Here's Monday's daily🧵
If you were busy over the weekend, click the link to see all Sunday's stories.
It was a day when Ukraine had to quickly repair a main railway line after a massive explosion, but they also managed to make multiple hits on Russia's rail and oil industries
Hello on Day 1298 of Russia's full invasion of its sovereign neighbour. So, only 1295 days late in fulfilling the boast of taking Kyiv in 3 days. #EATP for Putin.
I've compiled a🧵every single day without fail.
You can help my work with a boost, comment, re-post or a coffee🙏
Friday saw more important visitors arrive in Kyiv (and another familiar place is in Ukraine today).
There was more solidarity and practical support, while Russia suffered more oil woes.
I'll start in Odesa, because that's where the familiar face has turned up.
He was planning to return to Ukraine a couple of weeks ago, but couldn't make it, but now Boris is back.
Loved by nearly all Ukrainians, his early arrival (with Lord Ashcroft) meant he avoids the crowds.
Day 1297 of Russia's imperialist war, but the senior bully keeps being given a bloody nose by the junior school kid next door. How embarrassing for the "world's second greatest army" and more 'punches' thrown by Ukraine overnight..
There was so much in yesterday's thread.
Russia hitting churches, Ukraine striking a boat.
The US helping Belarus, which helps🇷🇺 & Trump questioning if the drone attack on Poland was a mistake.
Thursday ended with a Ukraine drone surge into Russia:
