Also requirement for rape counseling or medical treatment for rape. Because all rape victims want to relive the rape again.

A requirement to report all rape/incest against a minor; not only traumatic, may put 2 consensual teens in a criminal space.

P8; requirement for the "best opportunity to..survive" - TOTALLY ignores terminations for medical reasons for the fetus.

This is inhumane for TFMR - babies who are terminated out of love to save them FROM pain, often totally incompatible with life.

I challenge you to find a single family w/TFMR a wanted child that was seeking anything other than the best for that child.

#HR36 is NOT pro-life. It does not consider the life or pain for the critically ill or fatal fetal conditions.

#HR36 forces moms to stay pregnant with a baby who cannot live & forces mothers into rush decisions for an arbitrary, unscientific deadline.

Also on 8, requires *2* physicians to be present to perform the procedure.

Can you imagine being a young girl, raped, now forced to retell the tale to law enforcement. Have you been to one of those interviews?

I'm not a betting gal, but I bet a nickel the folks who wrote this bill have never seen a rape interview for a minor.

Also creates documentation in a woman's medical file. I can picture a world in which this ends up as evidence in family court.

P15: requires a visit to 2+ facilities unless at a hospital. All women who have been raped need a scavenger hunt for care.

The only nice thing I have to say about this bill is it was easier to read than the R attempt @ ACA repeal.

Bruce Poliquin voted FOR #HR36, a bill that has no compassion for unborn very sick children or #TFMR. That's simply inhumane.
