Just cause I feel like 80s and 90s Asian American-style is uber-under-appreciated. (1st 3 photos by Corky Lee. Last photo is of...if ya know, ya know...ya know?) 
Could be the old head in me but I remember back then Asian Americans having a very distinct style that remixed other styles to make it our own. It' even hard looking for this stuff online.
Very very often I wish that we had our own Jamel Shabazz who captured us in our everyday glory. Only person I could think of is Corky Lee but he was more of an activist type. Anyone come to mind?
