I’m finally watching the Rocky movies because i loved Creed and idk why none of you told me that Rocky Balboa was a birdseed-eating, dog-washing, turtle-loving cinnamon roll who invited a tiger to his wedding
I know these movies are about the triumph of human will but also Rocky has regular conversations with his dog like he’s a person and is a sweet gentle angel who loves his wife and can’t read good am i crying
His arms are so big but his heart is so much bigger I’m literally 40 Years late to the Rocky train but I would d i e for Rocky Balboa
I haven’t even gotten to the one where Rocky and Apollo become friends but rest assured dear reader that i will burst into tears. Apollo is so mad at him now but Rocky takes care of his lil boy in the future jk I’m in tears now
Rocky wears a bracelet that matches his dog’s new collar, his puffy jackets are extra, and he is a Low Key Dude but he secretly lives for the drama i can’t believe this character existed for so long before i knew about him
No way is Rocky writing poetry about going ice skating with his wife i am having a really hard time emotionally handling this
