Here is everything I can find out, part 2 (a thread):
According to @strayedaway, the NATO phonetic alphabet, the voicemail translates to "s danger sos it is dire for you to evacuate be cautious they are not human sos danger sos". It gives coordinates right afterwards. 
If we're assuming that the video "bdbxtjmsa1" posted can be also translated using the phonetic alphabet, it spells out "Emergency 41818".
As far as I know, 41818 isn't a real emergency code. The closest I can get to finding out what it means is assuming that it stands for 4/18/18 - April 18, 2018, a date that's already come up multiple times now.
Looks like people on reddit's /r/conspiracy and 4chan also got the calls. Here are some screenshots of the comments.
These threads have some information, not a lot, but I thought it was worth posting. The coordinates are 042933964230, if anyone wants to look into that.
I guess it's not just one person that recieved that same voicemail then?

If I'm understanding correctly, apparently Ty (@strayedaway) was sent this. It translates from Latin to "We are all dying, dispel the bad". Thanks again go to @MondoCorp.
I've got tons of these from @funwrita's Instagram. Time to get Google Translating.
Notice how one of their usernames is "hijjkematian". Looks like the legendary Hijj370 has made a return as he slides into our DMs.
I just dropped by a thread on /r/conspiracy and found a comment from Tyler's best friend. Doesn't seem like a prank anymore to be honest, more than one person is recieving the voicemails and threats and everyone seems generally upset by it.

I'm just letting everyone know right now that if I start getting messages too, this account is going down faster than MH370. The whole point of this is to let everybody know what's going on, not to make me and others targets of threats.

In seriousness though, I checked out of curiosity and it looks like Ty (@strayedaway)'s best friend updated his reddit comment. He says Tyler wants to deactivate, and the only reason he hasn't is because he wants people to be aware.
In the morning, I'm going to be creating a new thread for any new information that came up overnight. Anyway, I don't want anyone to get scared, since there's still a pretty big chance this whole thing is just a part of LARP season.
