court finally adjourned. elmer’s motion to subpoena all of emily & goad’s cell & social media records from august was largely quashed, modified to require them to turn over the URLs of the photos & videos they used in their initial IDs of cantwell in august.
these are... all obviously already in evidence. i KNOW elmer has watched this video because i’ve WATCHED him watch this video. frame by frame. for hours. in court.
a lot of dumb shit got said today. i’ll pick through my 16 pages of notes after a brief break to have some dinner & wrap my mind around the absolute fuckery that is elmer woodard pretending to be an attorney.

also thinking this morning about the moment i nearly lost my composure in court yesterday. not when that nazi’s lawyer pointed at me, not when he called my friend to the stand to harass her on record, not when elmer laughed about a photoshop of his client at the reichstag...
but after five hours in that damn courtroom, when that be-muttonchopped old fool pronounced URL as “earl.” that’s the moment i came closest to crying out. must’ve been the courtroom fatigue.
