It’s also worth pointing out a couple more things:
1. No person in the United States is above the law.
2. It’s always been a point of contention whether or not you *can* indict a sitting president. I believe you can, but they won’t. That’s when Congress has to do its job.

Again, I sincerely doubt Mueller told Rudy this, but even if he did this does not preclude him from revealing Trump’s crimes to the American people.
Or going after his business that he conveniently “no longer runs” as POTUS.
