@AnneRabe2@derspiegel As a Romanian living in #Germany, I find this insulting and misleading on many levels. First of all, #Ceaușescu did not set a room temperature in #Romania, because he would have been in breach of his own policies. 1/n.
@AnneRabe2@derspiegel First and foremost, we had central heating whenever we had energy supplies for the local burners. That was maybe a few hours a day when the radiators were, maybe, 30+ degree Celsius.

In unrelated news, Thorsten Kuntz, the CEO of #Rheinmetall , a weapons manufacturer that agreed to supply weapons to #Ukraine and bearer of #German/ #NATO secrets went missing earlier this month, only to be found chemically "intoxicated" after 4 days. (1/4)
I have some questions:
1. Where did Herr Kuntz drink water from (3 days without water and you're kaputt), in the four days that he was missing?

There are other sanctions that we should consider, though.
1. Block #Russia|n and #Belarus|sian passport holders from entering #EU & #US . 2. Members from the RU Duma should be declared "persona non-grata" and added to the sanctions list, as accomplices.
2/10 3. Under no circumstances, travellers with passports issued in #RU occupied areas should be allowed to travel here. 4. Muppet governments in #Donestk , #Luhansk , #Osetia, #Crimea and #Transnistria should be sanctioned.
