@aliceheiman @unevadareno Look around and see who’s already been there and done that successfully, and ask them if they would be willing to #mentor you. An hour a week, an hour a month - ask for what you need!
@aliceheiman @unevadareno Dealing with #selfdoubt: “When I say something negative- out loud or in my head - I catch myself immediately and I turn it around!” @aliceheiman takes a deep breath, feels #Grateful and replaces the negative with the positive.
