I often find myself struck by deep melancholy. More so when the light of a bright star voluntarily goes out. I'm too familiar with staring into the void. Unfortunately some of us stare longer than others until it consumes our being.
I don't like talking about mental health publically. Frankly, I'm scared talking about it period. But the days we live in are too dark not to.
To any of those staring into the void, friends or fam. There is no obligation to reach out. No pressure to take the hand. But know that I am here and so are others. This is not an empty gesture. Talk to me/us.

When you're ready, come back into the light.

We're waiting for you.
