ECtHR: Swedish law relating to bulk interception of communications is ECHR-compliant. There is room for improvement, but law provides adequate guarantees against arbitrariness and abuse. Furthermore, there are several independent bodies tasked with supervision and review.
Interestingly, claim was brought in the abstract by a law firm.

ECtHR: "Law firm could claim to be victim, although it had not brought domestic proceedings or made concrete allegation that its communications were intercepted. Existence of law amounted to interference with Art 8"
