The Court ruled 5-4 that police need a warrant to access cell phone location records
But even the majority stresses today's ruling is narrow in scope
But writing for the minority, Justice Kennedy disputes the 'narrow' assertion
Again here's the ruling - it deals with access to cell location records, not what numbers you're calling supremecourt.gov/opinions/17pdf…
