Yesterday activists surrounded the “tender age shelter” being remodeled in Houston. 
A former homeless shelter, it is now being converted into a children’s jail.
The facility is a few blocks from my house. Everyday, I stop by and keep track of the private contractors working to remodel the place. We’re hoping to put pressure on the contractors to stop assisting in this foul project.
And hoping to put pressure on the county commissioners not to offer county bids to any contractor who profits off this obscenity.
