Rep Maxine Waters (D-CA) on Sat. 06/23/2018 while at a rally. Did incite harm to President Trump's administration as outline in 18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection

We are calling for the immediate resignation of her seat

In the Constitution Preamble "...insure domestic Tranquility...promote the general Welfare."
Section 6, "Paid except...Breach of Peace"
Section 1, Article 5

Rep. Waters has failed to uphold three parts of the Constitution that she swore to uphold in her Oath.

Rep. Waters CONDUCT is UNBECOMING as a member of the United States Congress House of Representatives.

Her actions also put the government in jeopardy of being named in a lawsuit(s), if citizens are attacked, due to her rhetoric and calling for rebellion against anyone who

supports or works with the Trump administration. Her "call for harassment from coast to coast" was widely reported across all social media.

06/14/2018 - The one year anniversary of Rep Scalise shooting
06/17/2018 - Steven Miller harassed while dining.

06/20/2018 - DHS Secretary Kirstjen Neilsen and one other diner with her, assailed while eating.
Both were in D.C.

FLOTUS - Rip Barron from her arms & put in a cage with pedophiles.
DHS Kirstjen Nielsen - being caged, whipped & raped

06/22/2018 - Press Secretary Sanders and her family were asked to leave a restaurant in Lexington, VA; due to working in the current administration.

These incidents were ALL within a 10 day period of each other and prior to Rep Watters inflaming rhetoric.

Do we Really need another shooting? Or a Civil War?

These are grievance facts and show not only poor judgement of Rep Waters. But, a pure hated towards President Trump,
who is duly elected by the People of the United States; and his Administration officials.

Rep Waters has called for harassment of these people. Does she really think it will end there?
Examples show the harassment has already crossed State lines.
Trump supporters in MAGA hats walking down the street are "fair game" for harassment from Rep Waters "call to arms."

Where or To WHAT End; is Rep Waters trying to achieve?

I am respectfully calling for Representative Maxine Waters to resign her seat, effective immediately.

With a sincere apology to President Trump; his Administration; and to the People of the United States,

for her speech of inciting the people to rebel, in a manner of Sedition.

And a charge of 18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection to be levied.
