This is a disaster for everyone who believes in the “We the People” vision of the Constitution.
I’m worried about Roe v. Wade.
Here is just SOME of what else is at stake:
Marriage Equality
Citizens United Permanently Law of the Land
Predatory Corporations Preying on Consumers
Voting Rights
Gerrymandering
No nominee should be considered until AFTER the election.
NOBODY on the Federalist Society list of extreme right-wing jurists is an acceptable nominee. #DitchTheList

I just left the tent city at Tornillo. It is a child prison camp. They refused our request to speak with the children who are held there.
The vast majority of these children have parents or other family members who are ready to sponsor them in the US, but the Trump Administration has deliberately created a bottleneck so that it’s difficult for the children to be released.
They’re also threatening to hand over any undocumented family members to ICE, discouraging sponsors from coming forward.

Hi @adamliptak. I understand that you were explaining legal theories to overturn Roe v. Wade, but there's a lot missing about what accessing abortion is actually like now. What you say we can imagine, is the reality for many patients. Roe has already been decimated. I'll explain.
Let's start at the beginning: Shortly after Roe v. Wade legalized abortion Congress passed the Hyde Amendment barring Medicaid recipients, military personnel, Peace Corps volunteers, incarcerated women, and federal employees from using their health insurance to cover abortion.
You concluded the video by saying that if Roe v. Wade were overturned, "Women in red states, particularly poor women will have a much harder time getting abortions as each successive abortion restriction is sustained..." This is true, and has been the case for decades.

Here. Let me play internet psychologist for a moment and attempt to explain a bit of why the Left is in such hysterics about the Supreme Court and the various rulings and, of course, Kennedy's retirement.
Set aside the substantive disagreements. Let us focus on the emotionalism of the outbursts. What I see are people attempting to defend what they view as their chief religious institution from being overcome by heretics.
It is common shorthand to say that politics has taken the place of religion to many on the Left (and Right but that's for another day). In this paradigm, the Supreme Court is the highest cathedral and Supreme Court opinions are holy texts.
