To combat misinformation and pass Article 13, we can't just have rhetoric. We have to show a working alternative to the system we have. Show a better working vision of the future, a working solution.

YouTube's ContentID is reactionary...they take the approach of monetizing a series of rights already violated. This is the wrong model.

Artists aren't interested in preventing people from using their works, they just want their rights respected and the ability to earn from that usage.
