That person was entered into the blockchain at birth. Their birth records are there. Their student records are there. Who they marry. Their credit score. Who they owe money to. Their mortgage and property titles. Their children. Who they work for. It pays them.
How they spend their money. Where they spend it. That they maybe like to drink a little. Their health insurance is on blockchain and so is their genetic code and all their maladies.
