Budgeting with my wife:
“OK you can have $300 to play with in the stock market. BUT this time once it becomes $12,000 or more you have to take it all out.”

(Because last time I turned $300 into $50,000, then abruptly lost $43,000 of it)
(That conversation happened last week. We’ve got the ball rolling already) 
Update: my wife says if I can turn $300 into $35k I can buy a base model Tesla with it.
