Step 1️⃣: Research
Great research is the difference between companies who build winning products and companies who don’t and figure it out way too late.

Step2️⃣: Analysis
Current state of the acquisition funnel
Best prospect and customer behaviors
You need to understand what people out of it. This will inform your content strategy, your marketing strategy, your product marketing, and pretty much everything else.

Step 3️⃣: Your Product’s “North Star”
In growth and marketing, we talk a lot about the North Star metric. It’s the single metric that best captures the core value that your product delivers to customers.

Step 4️⃣: Defining Your Strategy
✅You know who you want to target
✅You know why you want to target them
✅You have a rough idea of where you want to target them
✅You understand how you want to do it
✅You’re capable of translating into real, actionable items

Step 5️⃣: Executing that Strategy
Identify the opportunities.
Create a plan.
Actually commit to it.

Step 6️⃣: Constant Iteration & Feedback
Prioritize learning & iteration.
Prioritize momentum.
Acknowledge the lag.
