Why don't people go to the police in these situations rather than using social media as a club to potentially ruin someone's life? If he was assaulted (it doesn't even look like he was), then press charges against the guy who hit you rather than attention-seek on Twitter?
Crashes a party, gets asked to leave & with alcohol it probably gets a bit out of hand. Then says it's because he's gay, publishes the guy's name on a viral tweet with zero evidence, now this guy is being sentenced in the kangaroo court of Twitter
If you're an asshole and a member of a minority group, the asshole-status is probably what's to blame in 99.99999% of cases where someone acts negatively towards you
