I try to stay away from posting about anything serious on my twitter, but yesterday i witnessed something i cannot get out of my head, please read this thread to raise awareness and hopefully trigger a response from the correct authorities in order to help the victims in question
I was visiting A&E last night for personal reasons, whilst sat in the waiting area i was greeted by three young people (2 males, 1 females, all three White British) who came across as very loud and were engaging in random antisocial behaviour, although it was bothering me and
Others around me, we decided to
Ignore them and have a conversation with my sister who was also present. Amongst the people in the waiting area, there was a woman with her injured son. They were minding their own business and didn't speak to anyone. The woman got up to go to the toilet and as she passed the
Group of 3 people, i noticed one of the males blow her a kiss. She stood and looked at them for a noticeable amount of time, however she did not say anything to anyone, she walked away. On her way back to her seat another member of the group of 3 made a remark regarding her hijab
At this point her son intervened and asked the male who made the remark what the problem was, and made it clear that whatever was said was wrong and should have been said to him and not his Mother. The male who made the remark started protesting loudly at this point, shouting out
Swears and more rude comments. An argument broke out and one of the nurses opted to go and get help from a police officer who was present. The police officer came and automatically began to speak harshly to the Somalian boy. "What is your problem?" "Don't shout at me" "calm down"
He then went to speak to the group of 3 and his tone was completely different. "Alright mate, is there a problem here pal?" At this moment we realised the difference in the way he spoke to both parties. He then went back to the Somalian boy who began to protest the unfair
Situation, as a form of defence towards his mother and the policeman made physical contact. The boy was held down by the policeman in a violent manner as he tried to get out of the grip he was held in. The boy began to shout "please let me go i am injured" repeatedly shouting to
His mother for help. In this moment his mother couldn't believe the way that he was being handled and the pain that he was in whilst being held down by the policeman and now 2 more doctors who acted in the same manner. The Somalian woman was screaming and shouting
"Ya Allah help me, help my son ya Allah", female nurses were ordered to take her away, this was before the male doctors attempted to move her away in a very forceful way. Me and my sister attempted to calm her down by speaking little of what we knew of their language in order to
Comfort her, however we were dragged away from her. The woman was clearly having a panic attack and when i attempted to make the police aware of this i was told i'm not qualified and also that "she is faking some sort of seizure to get our attention". At this point i tried to get
The name of the officer due to his rudeness and poor execution of conversation, i was unable to. The waiting area was sectioned off and we were forced to wait elsewhere, however loud cries of help could still be heard from across the barrier and to me and a few others it seemed
Like it was one sided and no one wanted to do anything to help this poor woman and her boy. The group of 3 people were calmly escorted out of the building and that was the last we saw of them. After everything had calmed down, on our way out of the hospital, my sister and i saw
The woman and her boy stood outside, we were being watched as we walked by and i stopped to tell her that everything will be fine and asked if they needed a lift home. We were followed by the police officer i mentioned before, and made to feel like we were doing something
Suspicious. There are more details to this story however i hope i have painted a good picture for the people who are reading this. We see things like this on social media every single day, but seeing this in real life pushed me to make this thread in order to trigger a response.
Below i have attached a small recording of the event (not recorded by me) which shows the Somalian boy being held down in the most violent way i have witnessed. Please RT and send this thread to everyone you know.
This all occurred at the Royal Bolton Hospital, Tuesday 26th June.
