"... but I want to get your perspective, since you are now the one who goes into the Oval Office on a regular basis to meet with the President to talk about the PDB..." -- John Brennan to James Clapper, August 24, 2016

"It's a real honour to be with my close friend and great professional colleague, John Brennan, who I believe is going to go down as one of the handful - and don't use all your fingers - of the most outstanding directors of the C.I.A. in its history." -- James Clapper
Apparently the Presidential Daily Briefs under Obama have dissent in them, so other members of the intelligence community can say whether or not they disagree with something, and it's something that Obama expected to be in his PDBs.
The Secret Situation Room meetings were, most likely, classified as National Security Council meetings, as Brennan and Clapper have been to several of them.
Brennan and Clapper have secure locations in their homes for classified information, something which annoyed Clapper's wife when he was the Director of the ODNI.
Obama's standard PDB time was 10:00 AM, according to Clapper.
Every article listed in Obama's PDB will list the source at the bottom of the article.
Obama reads the PDB by himself, then asks questions about it, in comparison to W. Bush who had somebody there when he read his PDB. Also, Clapper says he tries to stay out of the PDB stuff as much as possible, and keeps it with specific and selected 24/7 PDB staff.
Done.

It was actually somewhat interesting.
