Incredible. Congrats, @troyesivan. BLOOM is beautiful. “Plum” is heartbreaking art. “The Good Side” is such an evocative work. “Bloom” remains 🌺. “Lucky Strike” makes me want a good dance mix. “Animal” is just hot. I love “What a Heavenly Way To Die,” but I might be an outlier.

“My My My!” remains the fun song it was when it launched this album. “Seventeen” is gonna get some 👀. “Postcard” has a queer Billy Joel feel, and it totally works? (I didn’t need “Dance To This.” Sorry! Maybe their powers combined don’t quite gel for me.)

I did something similar to this 5 years ago, in anticipation of EC & @theroots' Wise Up Ghost LP, on tumblr.

(You can still find all those posts if you look, although a lot of the YouTube links etc are now dead ends. It was 40 Days Of EC then, so for 2018 I'm upping it to 45.)
