The main difference in strategy this time would be to try a few more (12 to be exact) ideas. Last time I doubled-down on one idea right from the start. I think I got lucky with the idea and it became a moderate success. But that's not a repeatable model.
Launching a dozen different startups and seeing which ones gain traction and iterating from there - this seems like a much more logical pattern to follow.
