Trump was inaugurated with his campaign and potentially himself under federal investigation into the possibility of conspiring with Russia to effect the election toward Trump… he should have been treated accordingly by the msm and general public… 1/6…
Trump all but turned it into a joke… constantly characterizing the investigation as a democratic led witch hunt to discredit his presidency because the democrats lost… that’s so pathetically far from reality… but, he’s sold this to his base… 2/6…
all along, this confusion has dominated all the talk on the issue… with this dialogue, it’s all but lost that Russia had in fact interfered with our election significantly, as verified by US intelligence… Trump has pretty much lumped that in with the witch hunt… 3/6…
seems to me that Trump should have been treated as an elected official who came into office under federal investigation, and that indicates the possibility that he’s guilty of one or more offenses… in this case, very serious offenses… 4/6…
there should have been targeted oversight concerning his dealings with the justice department, FBI, etc… and instead, he’s been left to run roughshod over the whole system… at this point, there seems to be great likelihood that Trump has serious exposure under the law… 5/6…
everything Trump's done up to now, is done in a fashion that is allowing Trump to override the rule of law with authoritarian rule… in fact… authoritarian rule, is pretty much his only escape from the rule of law… 6/6…

Just considering his firing of Sally Yates… completely unjustified… fired her after she cautioned the WH that M Flynn, Trump’s NSA, had lied to the FBI… he fired her and kept Flynn on, till he was outed in the papers… that’s a big red flag… he knew what Flynn was up to…
