There will be paroxysms of fury from 'sceptics', but this is very clear that 'denier' only refers to outright denial of basic science and that 'sceptics' can still (rightly in my view) have a place in BBC coverage, it's just there will be more context carbonbrief.org/exclusive-bbc-… 
In short, at first glance it looks incredibly reasonable and balanced and is a big improvement on some of the recent failures (and yet still people will complain)
As predicted. It's almost like they've not read it that closely and simply revert to loathing of the BBC as a default position.
One other thought. There may be occasions when you need 'contrarians'/'sceptics' to discuss climate response, but cuts both ways. If u have 'lukewarmers' on u should also make space for 'climate hawks', those who fear IPCC report out of date and govt responses woefully inadequate
