My health insurance co-pays, co-insurance & deductibles for x-rays, arthroscopic surgery & physical therapy could be more painful than my hip labral tear repair recovery process. 🤦🏻‍♀️ #InjuredRunner #RunnerProblems
I’ve also been in a constant state of complete exhaustion for 2 weeks. 😞
My physical therapist said I'm doing better than most patients after hip arthroscopic surgery to repair labral tear. Hopefully, this is a good sign as I continue on the road to recovery.
