The differences over the issue was resolved and Dassault and HAL had started readying their teams for implementing the project after it is signed. ( Dec 10, 2013)

Mar 2014 : Overruling concerns raised by Dassault on HAL as a partner, It was decided that HAL will carry out 70 per cent of the work on the 108 aircrafts made in India. The remaining 30 per cent will be done by Dassault.
