I saw a list of Republican predators but there were links or citations to back it up. The @SenateGOP's refusal to request an FBI investigation made me angry enough to power through the miscellaneous lists. Up to 120 now.

I had to leave some out, their names too common to disambiguate or the details provided to elicit more than Facebook pages and Linked In profiles which substantiates nothing. I excluded the folks arrested for adult gay sex because 2018

I excluded the hound dogs, the cheaters, adulterers, and the johns, even David Vitter whose diaper fetish is strange but not predatory nor abusive. My focus is those who abuse, use violence and power, who rape, assault, molest, or cover up molestation.

What's wrong with this article? Just about every damn thing.
1) The author wrote an essay on Election Night, 2016, expanded it into a book and in the two years since then has not revisited her ideas critically despite deeper and more informed data on who voted and why.
She came to her conclusions and she is sticking to them and who cares what research is published by the National Academy of Sciences, she had insight on Election Night. pnas.org/content/115/19…

When I was trying to tell the world I was being abused it looked like this. He was my husband/collaborator/my child's father/my world. This is why caricaturing abusers as inhuman can be unhelpful. Bc as a victim you think, "But HE'S human. I have feelings for him. I can't leave."
Reconciling "he's the guy who patiently edits my plays and brushes the hair away from my face and looks at me like I am everything" with "he's the guy who can hit me in the throat or throw me down on the sidewalk when I displease him" is impossible. Your mind begins to break.
