Realised the other day that my closest friends are faithful in relationships and non smokers.
Control.
I want to be in control of myself so fucking much, that I burnt my hand on the kettle and shouted “Ow!” And for the next 20 minutes I was angry at myself for shouting “Ow!”.
I want to be able to feel the burn, just move my hand and run it under water without shouting.
I didn’t decide to shout, and in hindsight, it was wasted energy, and I don’t want to do it.
Maybe it’s for somebody to hear and come help if you’re seriously hurt. But yeh. I don’t want to shout. Control.

Wireless charging

Benefits: you don’t have to plug it in.

Drawbacks: slower charging than cable, you have to position it correctly otherwise you wake up to a dead phone, you need a phone back material that the inductive charging will work through, commonly glass, A bit smashy.
Drawbacks continued: you need space for a wireless charging pad on the desk opposed to just a cable that can charge anywhere, which leads to my next point... charging in your hand as you use it, not reasonably possible.
Drawbacks continued further: you have to make sure your phone case is compatible if you choose to use one, also make sure the surface is level, because if your phone is on vibrate, it can Mariokart skid itself off the pad if somebody calls.

The only list you need when it comes to looking for a life partner is the one that details your values, your non-negotiable values, what you have to offer & how you want them to make you feel & visa versa. Material things shouldn’t be on this list, they come & go. #relationships
If you have no idea of what your values are they you won’t be able to stand by them or recognise when they Re being compromised. What are the values that you need your life partner to hold? If you don’t know you won’t recognise when they don’t have them.
It this lack of clarity that gets us into trouble, we can’t listen to an intuition that we haven’t cultivated.

Friends, have you ever noticed how hard it is today to have friends? In order to fit in with certain people, they want us to conform. Act, and be a certain way, or they don't like you, or want anything to do with you. Conformity is what its called. Don't be yourself they say!
Then when you don't be yourself, and try to fit in, they say, you are trying too hard, just be yourself. Tell me now, is that confusing or what? So your a stuck if you do conform, and you are stuck if you don't. The perfect storm of rejection. And you wonder people do drugs.
We live in a day and age where you will never be accepted unless you conform in a perfect way. The pecking order is pathetic. Don't dare have your own thoughts. That would mean you are rebellious.Want our country to heal? Get rid of conformity, and allow people to be individuals!

1/ I'm stunned, but not surprised by AT&T's decision to extended their #Friends licensing deal with Netflix through 2019. A perfect example of, despite saying they were committed to winning in SVOD, Big Media wants to have their cake, eat it to - and then hope they get a 3rd cake
2/ #Friends is one of Netflix's most valuable titles. It's one of the most celebrated sitcoms, one of Netflix's most popular series, and has a whopping 236 episodes of tonnage - and a fervent fanbase
3/ AT&T could (and should) have simply moved #Friends to HBO, their leading SVOD asset. Imagine the impact on customer acquisition - all of a sudden the press coverage inundates all Friends fans to get HBO, if they haven't already!

Friends, for some years now, I have expressed my concern that the #DeathPenalty is both cruel and unnecessary and I have called for its abolition.
So, I welcome the changes to The Catechism of the Catholic Church on the #DeathPenalty and I am grateful for @Pontifex's leadership in working for an end to judicial executions worldwide.
The Catechism revisions announced today reflect an authentic development of the Church’s doctrine that started with St. John Paul II and has continued under emeritus Pope Benedict XVI and now @Pontifex.
