Note the careful connection. They weren't just drinking and offering drinks to girls, it was a plot with a goal. 23/

Funny, are you arguing the other recollections weren't firm?

"...of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their `turn' with a girl inside the room. These...included MJ and BK." 24/

Were the recollections firm about MJ and BK? Or just about the lines? As many have pointed out, she claims this happened at *numerous* parties. And she's asserting the girls were unwilling. Well, unwilling without the help of rape punch, I guess. 25/

Note that what she has actually witnessed in paragraph 12 were: Boys giving alcohol to girls. Boys standing in a line. She's the one who gives context to it all. Note that she opens with this and puts her own experience below it. Kind of weird to bury the lede here. 26/

Paragraph 13: "In approximately 1982..."

Can't we at least pin down a year for this? Even Ford isn't sure of which year.

"...I became the victim...where MJ and BK were present"

As many have pointed out, "were present" is very lawyerspeak. 27/

A lot of parents weren't home in the early 80s in Maryland, apparently.

Of course "present" could mean that one or both showed up early before the party really went south. But you have to note that everything's careful here. She wants you to make connections that she's not. 28/

Paragraph 13: "During the incident, I was incapacitate without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me. I believe I was drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking."

Note the connections she wants you to make. 29/

"drugs or grain alcohol" (it was grain alcohol) was placed in the punch, but she said explicitly she didn't drink the punch.

But then Quaaludes (or something similar) ended up in her drink. So they spiked the punch, but apparently didn't get enough takers? 30/

She is putting an insane number of intentions into every act and trying to make you infer connections that she doesn't make.

She's trying to make you infer they put quaaludes in the punch (that she didn't drink) but that it managed to effect one girl at a time. 31/

As @_tellitslant pointed out, she didn't know which year she was gang raped. Even though she said she told two people afterwards. "I shared what transpired with at least two other people." Why is she weasel-wording the date? Even the year? She didn't repress the memory. 32/

@_Tellitslant True to form, Paragraph 14 says "I am aware of other witnesses that can attest to the truthfulness of each of the statements above."

Now this is a lie. There is no way she has a witness for EVERY statement she made. Especially the ones where she asserts intent. 33/

@_Tellitslant But what makes the assertion of witnesses true to form for this statement is that she doesn't assert that the two people she told would be witnesses, just that she knows some. 34/

@_Tellitslant One final thing: As @McCormackJohn points out (h/t @cmdeb), Swetnick graduated in 1980. She would be 2-3 years older than Kavanaugh and would have attended the parties while in college.

@_Tellitslant @McCormackJohn @cmdeb She's not just a college student attending HS (Gaithersburg) parties. She went to public school attending parties of Catholic prep school students on weekends during the school year.

See, she wasn't a graduate of Holton-Arms, like Christine Blasey Ford. 36/

It's certainly not impossible for their circles to interact, but it seems particularly weird for a college sophomore/junior who had attended a public school to drive 20 minutes to attend parties with prep school kids on the weekends during the school year. 37/

If you look at a map, Gaithersburg is 20 minutes northwest of Georgetown Prep. University of Maryland, College Park, is 20 minutes east of Georgetown Prep.

Now I don't know where all the kids live but why is she attending all these parties several towns over? 38/

Anyway, this story is very fishy and no doubt will sound very different if she is questioned. She tries to force a lot of inferences. I don't think I've uncovered anything here, but it's important when you read such things to separate the assertions from the alleged facts. 39/end
