Grassley, Hatch, and Graham are the only senators on the dais currently. The vote was supposed to be at 1:30.

Grassley says that they are coming back but need a quorum.

Flake: “I think it would be proper to delay the floor vote for up to but not more than 1 week” to allow for further FBI investigation, “to do all due diligence.” He will still vote to allow the nomination to proceed.
The nominee has been voted out of committee on an 11-10 vote.
Flake: “I will only be comfortable moving forward on the floor” with a one-week delay to allow for the FBI to do further investigation.
