Governor Ambode may have reacted like any human would with emotions but the facts are glaring nonetheless. The very same Baba Egbes (Governor’s Advisory Council -GAC) that benefitted in biblical proportions from bailouts from him are the ones asking that he be burnt at the stake.
What could have been the crime of Ambode? Did he truncate the 5% deposit of all the taxes of Lagos to Jagbajantis? Or did he cancel the state contracts of which 80% is executed solely by one man? Did the state stop maintaining the house of the owner of Lagos? #UnshackleLagos
Those rescued with hundreds of millions of Lagos Money are in the forefront of the chant to roast Ambode, who in his political naivety is bathing with vegetable oil. But the oppressiona nd Slavery ends when the people say it does. It is time to end this cycle. #UnshackleLagos
