Boyfriend wrote the Judiciary Committee about the relationship:
– Ford never mentioned sexual assault
– Ford never mentioned Kavanaugh
– Ford not scared of confined spaces
– Ford not scared of flying
– Ford knew how to beat polygraph
– Ford cheated on him/committed fraud
This is a very bad development for Dr. Christine Ford because this not what she told the Senate Judiciary Committee under oath.

If McLean remains an agent, and she did not come forward with evidence that Ford perjured herself re: the polygraph, then McLean's security clearance will be revoked immediately, as she had a legal duty to do so.

2) In1920, the Tavistock Institute of Medical Psychology (TIMP) was founded. It was involved in psychotherapy, and psychiatrists at the Tavistock Clinic wanted to apply their findings to the general public in the form of certain social service programs.
3) John Rawlings Rees (who would be a co-founder of the World Federation for
Mental Health in 1948) was Deputy Director of Tavistock at this time (he would
become Director in 1932).

Today @realDonaldTrump sent a letter to congress along with a slideshow presentation by Sec. Nielson. This presentation was to be given during the meeting on the 2nd, but cryin Chuck kept interrupting it- so POTUS has given it to everyone in congress. whitehouse.gov/articles/presi…

Sexual assault is a crime and so is making a false allegation. Somehow, we always tend to presume innocence for men accused of sexual assault, but we never presume the innocence of women accused of making up a rape story. The due process argument is a sham.
What would due process really look like for all involved? A trauma-informed, sensitive investigation. We didn't get that with #Kavanaugh. We don't get it in most criminal cases of sexual assault.
But presuming that men accused of sexual assault are innocent? It isn't due process and it can't be. It threatens the due process rights of the women making sexual assault allegations.

When you say that you believe Christine Blasey Ford, you're saying that her account, in the context of everything that surrounds it, has the ring of truth to you—that the available evidence is evidence you find compelling.
That evidence includes the specifics of her allegations against Kavenaugh, her testimony and that of others about when and how she told them, the circumstances in which she came forward, and her actions in recent weeks.

Why is that?

Because @brooks_rosa's opinion is the minority view. we all understand that a nominee answering "yes, as a teen I was guilty of false imprisonment and assault" is disqualifying for a seat on the highest court in the land.
Most of us understand that sexual violence in not the sort of "general idiocy" we should expect from teen boys. We understand that the neuroscience literature doesn't support the claims @brooks_rosa is making. And we understand her talk of statute of limitations is misapplied
