🌙It’s been a year since TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION aired! To commemorate, here’s a thread of characters that are part of the SQ and ALIVE series in TSUKIPRO!🌙

Tsukino Talent Productions:
-Encompasses various music-oriented groups
-The universe exists in real time and characters grow as we do
-Has four units that are featured in TSUKIPRO the Animation: SolidS, SOARA, Growth, and QUELL, split into two “series” that interact: SQ and ALIVE

SQ: SolidS and QUELL
ALIVE: SOARA and Growth

Each unit is connected to an element in nature.

The IRL composer for SolidS, SOARA, and Growth is Takizawa Akira (or John-san) and the composer for QUELL is Hama Takeshi.
SQ artist is Satsuki Yuu, and ALIVE artist is Shijima Tohiro.

SolidS:
-Already working at TSUKINO Talent Productions, Shiki was asked to produce a unit
-He placed the other three members in a group
-Tsubasa persuaded him to join, saying he wouldn’t join if Shiki didn’t
-Friendly despite appearances
-Mature songs that are fiery and powerful

Takamura Shiki (CV: Eguchi Takuya)
-Leader/Producer/Composer for SolidS
-Seems emotionless and cold but is very passionate for music
-Nicknamed “papa” of the group
-Used to be a member of an extremely popular idol group
-Has a tendency to work late nights and pull all-nighters

-Born in Nagano, which is famous for its mountains; very attuned with nature
-Attached to his alcohol and coffee
-Has worked in the music industry for a long time
-Uses SolidS’ radio shows to vent out his stresses
-Actually very perceptive and works diligently for his unit's sake

Okui Tsubasa (CV: Saito Soma)
-Promoter and self-proclaimed elder son of SolidS
-Charismatic and popular
-Brought up in a good family and has the charms to match
-Childhood friends with Dai
-Playful but can become very serious when he needs to, especially for the sake of SolidS

-Calls Shiki both “papa” and “darling”
-Flirts with the fans a lot and is very attentive to them
-Quite a scaredy-cat when it comes to horror and insects
-Retorts to everyone messing around on radios
-Usually misunderstood for being irresponsible, but he's very dedicated to work

Sera Rikka (CV: Hanae Natsuki)
-Former model, half-French, who grew up in the entertainment world
-Nicknamed “mama” of SolidS (cooks for them too)
-Has a caring, observant personality
-Pays great attention to details
-Is calm but gets incredibly frightening when angered

-Enjoys going out and shopping with Tsubasa
-Likes teasing the others for fun
-Knows how to make use of his feminine traits for work
-Continues doing model work as well
-Usually the one to make Shiki go to sleep during nights
-Serious with maintaining SolidS' close relationships

Murase Dai (CV: Umehara Yuichiro)
-Former swimmer who quit due to injury and dropped out of university
-Has an intimidating build and face
-Just doesn’t know how to communicate well
-Called “Dai-chan” affectionately by childhood friend Tsubasa
-Has a sweet tooth + used to hide it

-Feels somewhat inadequate in comparison but has improved drastically
-Youngest of SolidS and is seen as the youngest son
-Doted upon and babied by the others, which he's grown used to
-Dutifully helps out the others in their times of need
-Likes exercise, swimming, and the water

SOARA:
-To send off the graduating high school 3rd years, Sora started a band to play at the ceremony
-With members as his friends, they auditioned for TSUKINO Talent Productions
-They won and have continued idol activities since
-Songs give the image of youth and the blue sky

Oohara Sora (CV: Toyonaga Toshiyuki)
-Leader, composer, main vocals+guitar of SOARA
-Formerly a genius composer in middle school, he quit due to pressure
-Managed to get support from his friends and wrote songs again
-Writes songs with SOARA in mind
-Childhood friends with Soushi

-His original songs were what attracted Morihito to him
-Acts out a lot with Nozomu, who's similarly energetic
-Easily scared by the supernatural; more seriously, of failure
-Despite being in the older group in SOARA, he's treated as one of the sons
-Treasures his friends greatly

Arihara Morihito (CV: Ono Yuki)
-Main vocals+guitar of SOARA
-Found Sora’s old songs one day on the internet and was immediately hooked
-Perfectionist who tends to hide his struggles from his friends
-From a musically inclined family
-Smart, handsome, and has a gentle personality

-Has the spot of “mama” in SOARA
-Initially had doubts regarding his future between music and education
-Through support from SOARA, he managed to follow his own path
-Regarded as their "real leader" due to his usually calm and composed self
-Reliable, dedicated, and steadfast

Kagurazaka Soushi (CV: Furukawa Makoto)
-Drums+vocals of SOARA
-Final member of the older trio in SOARA
-Injured his shoulder and quit playing basketball -> plays drums
-Childhood friends with Sora, lives near Ren
-Has a confident and dry personality that cracks jokes at others

-Has the “papa” position in SOARA
-Scolds Mori when he goes easy on Sora/Nozomu
-Has a personality of a grandpa and enjoys rustic things such as castles/temples
-Regarded as being a hottie (ikemen) by many
-Good-natured— genuinely loves his friends
-Cool and takes care of others

Munakata Ren (CV: Murata Taishi)
-Keyboard+vocals of SOARA
-Used to win piano awards in his childhood, currently does kendo
-Calls Soushi “Sou-nii” due to seeing him like a brother when younger
-Wrapped into joining the band but ended up enjoying it
-Studious, gentle, and serious

-Tends to be pulled around by Nozomu’s antics but has grown to enjoy them over time
-Straightforward, hardworking, but is dragged into things against his will
-Gets worried and anxious easily
-Likes debates/studying
-The more reliable, traditional member of the underclassman duo

Nanase Nozomu (CV: Sawashiro Chiharu)
-Bass+vocals of SOARA
-Grew up admiring his older brother (Izuru), who also plays the bass
-Happy-go-lucky and joined the band on a whim
-Takes pride in his mistakes
-Knows that he’s unskilled but believes in himself
-Spontaneous and loud

-Despite dragging Ren around all the time, he’s also encouraging him
-Thought about his future in music seriously
-Usually the first one on board with Sora's wild ideas
-Their moodmaker, doesn't like to lose
-Has great mental fortitude
-The troublemaker of the underclassman duo

Growth:
-While considering his future in entertainment, Kouki encountered Mamoru, who wrote songs for him
-Kensuke and Ryouta were skeptical at first but warmed up to Mamoru
-Auditioned for TSUKINO Talent Productions and won
-Songs give the feeling of nature and flowers blooming

Etou Kouki (CV: Toki Shunichi)
-Leader of Growth
-From a well-off family, was living in his own apartment when he met Mamoru on the streets
-Was attracted by his songs and convinced him to write songs for his unit
-Friends with Ryou and Ken
-Proper and serious but rather innocent

-Enjoys household chores and cooking
-Gives off the image of a cool prince (nicknamed “Kou-sama” by old fans)
-Responds to things calmly with composed expressions
-Easily passionate about music
-Surprisingly weak to horror/scary things
-Seems hard to approach but is actually pure

Yaegashi Kensuke (CV: Yamaya Yoshitaka)
-Growth’s conversationist
-Happily got along with Mamoru and readily got on board (w/ Kou and Ryou) with quitting their old agency
-The one who seems refreshing and easy to approach
-Can make friends easily but is a late bloomer with girls

-Reliable and trusts others after he’s made his own judgment of them
-Cheerful, bright, and loyal to all
-Tends to be on the receiving end of Ryou’s snippy remarks
-Likes tangerines but dislikes the cold
-Knows his friends’ personalities very well and will always back them up

Sakuraba Ryouta (CV: Yamashita Daiki)
-Princely, aloof member of Growth
-Took a bit more time to warm up to Mamoru
-Seems fragile but has a poison tongue
-Admires Kou and banters back-and-forth with Ken
-Tsundere personality especially with Mamoru (tsun) and his music (very dere)

-Aware of his own faults but can’t bring himself to fix them
-Heavily afraid of bugs
-Blunt and cool, can say piercing things with a smile on his face
-Truly does love his unit members, which they know too
-Has high walls for liking someone but keeps friends in his heart forever

Fujimura Mamoru (CV: Terashima Junta)
-Composer of Growth
-Was found on the streets—had no work due to being laid off, blood relatives, or place to live
-Has an incredibly unique worldview that shows in his songs
-His songs brought Growth to him
-Compared to a stray dog sometimes

-Has horrible sense in the kitchen/house and could set it on fire if unsupervised
-Wouldn't get any respect if not for his music
-Also tends to be snarked at by Ryou
-Takes things in stride, pretty laid-back
-Talkative, friendly, and jolly despite any bad situation he could be in

QUELL:
-Famous idol Shu found the Kuga twins while working in Hokkaido
-He brought them to Tokyo, where they met his AD friend Eichi, appointed as manager
-Eichi was then soon convinced to join
-Unit with the warmth of a family
-Wholesome songs that seem like calm, clear water

Izumi Shu (CV: Takeuchi Shunsuke)
-Leader/Producer/Composer for QUELL
-Former member of the unit that Shiki was also in
-Calm, serious disposition that doesn’t hint at his dramatic upbringing
-Seems older than he is due to his personality
-More famous than the other QUELL members

-Has a fatal flaw of being hesitant to rely on the others, which they later persuade him to do
-Dotes on the twins
-QUELL's "papa"
-Has a busier schedule and relies on Eichi's videos of the twins to heal him during work
-Can speak English smoothly and puts it in songs frequently

Horimiya Eichi (CV: Nishiyama Kotaro)
-QUELL’s jack-of-all-trades
-Former assistant director of a television program who was recruited to become a manager for QUELL
-Then made to join as a member because of his dance
-Bright and bubbly, loves to chat
-Enjoys taking care of others

-Comes from a normal family compared to the others
-The one to cheer them up when it most counts
-QUELL’s “mama”
-Likes taking pictures and recording things, mostly of the twins’ cuteness
-Good muscles due to experience in physical work
-Reliable and cares for everyone around him

Kuga Issei (CV: Nakamura Shugo)
-Quiet older twin
-Left the orphanage he and his brother were raised at to work for themselves
-Fell ill on the streets, leading them to meet Shu
-Speaks very little but his words hold impact
-Holds back Ichiru when he gets angry on their behalf

-Genius who can remember something after reading it once
-Enjoys stargazing and taking photos
-Has self-worth issues
-Polite and refrains from doing some things out of fear for bothering others
-Thinks Ichiru is cute
-Has grown to express himself better ever since he joined QUELL

Kuga Ichiru (CV: Nogami Sho)
-Loud younger twin
-Left the company because workers were harassing Issei, who left to follow him
-Protective of + admires Issei
-Made Eichi join when he saw his skilled dance
-Doesn’t tolerate badmouthing directed at QUELL
-Hotheaded, acts on impulse

-The driving force behind solving QUELL’s problems
-Speaks up when Shu is hiding things from them
-Tsundere, competitive (especially with Tsubasa), blunt and badmouthed
-Surprisingly cute, childish, and easily scared
-For better or for worse, he says everything that’s on his mind

OTHER CHARACTERS:
-Although not main focuses specifically, they are mentioned and sometimes featured
-Occasionally show up in Drama CDs or Proani (TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION)
-Includes managers or other units
-Tend to have some kind of past/relationship with the core unit characters

Haiduki Fumihiko (CV: Kawahara Yoshihisa)
-SolidS’ exclusive manager
-Good friend and colleague of Shiki, whom he’s been working with for a while since his college years
-Also affectionally called “Fumi-chan”
-Drives SolidS around
-Doesn't waste time, whether on the job or not

Wakatsuki Hinata (CV: Hamazoe Shinya)
-SOARA’s manager, introduced in SOARA’s “On That Day, We Were” Drama CD
-Baby-faced but is actually 30+ years old
-Has a wife who is also a TSUKIPRO staff member
-Has two children
-Initially meant to work in America but became a manager

Mochiduki Minato (CV: Ebina Shouta)
-Growth’s manager, introduced in Growth’s “What You Gave Me, What We’ll Return to You” Drama CD
-Despite his elegant features, he’s a third son of a family that runs a farm in Hokkaido
-Brought up by his family and nature
-Strong, common man

ZIX:
-Introduced in a Growth Drama CD (Kokoro no Puzzle) where they were shown as rivals to Growth
-Duo who are in the same talent company (Sunpro) that Kou, Ryou, and Ken used to be in
-Forceful songs that seem to be the complete opposite of Growth’s layered, flowery songs

Sugai Makoto (CV: Hamano Daiki)
-Serious and direct, intimidating as a result of his attitude
-Sees Kou as his hated rival due to envying the way he was recruited
-Owns a dog named Gonzaburou
-Doesn’t speak his feelings well, which prompts Mitsuru, his partner, to do it for him

Hishida Mitsuru (CV: Watanabe Takumi)
-Playful, bubbly partner who is two-faced
-Gets along (?) with Ryou, who hates his guts but is similar in some ways
-Likes the spotlight and likes to lord his victories over Ryou
-Talks in place of Makoto and calls him his “partner”
