This is just WAY more implausible to me than the idea that Kavanaugh believes he didn’t do it because he was too drunk to remember. Remember, Ford named Kavanaugh AND Mark Judge, a duo so well known in their cricles for drunken escapades, Judge wrote a book about them.
We have plenty of evidence, including notes written by Kavanaugh himself, that he would get belligerent while drunk and sometimes forget what happened. Just seems like his memory is less reliable in this case than her memory.
