Here's a thought exercise for everyone. Imagine you're a telecoms billionaire but you were caught up in a scandal involving the awarding of a licence from a Department. Then imagine the same Department has a new, bigger State contract. How would you get the contract?
Hypothetically, if I was said billionaire, I'd use proxies. I'd buy a company already in the broadband field via other parties. I'd use investment cos - where it's not entirely clear where the money comes from.
