Senate Democrats have sent a letter complaining that they were "not consulted" about a hearing that not only had the ranking member agreed to.. but they had specifically agreed to "not to object to the timing of hearings scheduled."

Last month Democrats tried to prevent hearings from starting, threw out baseless innuendo, Spartacus, and even edited videos to misrepresent Kavanaugh’s answers.

And that was BEFORE they held allegations 6 weeks then leaked them to destroy a man’s life

This less than 2 years after they mounted the first successful partisan filibuster in history stop the confirmation of Justice Gorsuch.

As @NoahCRothman notes, Democrats tried to paint him as a racist, sexist, and a “threat to voting rights.”

“Borking” included everything from innuendo to leaking the nominee’s video rental history.

Was “In Robert Bork’s America,” gratuitously prophesying a return to segregation a part of “bipartisan cooperation?”

That ship sailed decades ago and Democrats were at the helm.
