Hi,
If you are asking for an Ordinance, do note a few things:
- It's not a permanent law, it's TEMPORARY.
- It can be promulgated only when Parliament is not in session
- After Parliament sessions begin, it has to be introduced as a bill.
- It can only be promulgated ONCE.
Also, if you care about democracy (which a few people do these days), please understand a few more things:
- Ordinances are only to be used in extra-ordinary & URGENT circumstances.
- Ordinances bypass the Parliamentary process
- There is no scrutiny
- It's a shitty thing to do
It's sad how Ordinances are becoming the go to solutions for getting shit done. As if it's the most normal thing for the public to ask for from an elected government (that even has a majority in Lok Sabha right now).

Sidenote: It's really really not.
