If you're thinking about not voting on Tuesday here are some things worth considering before you make that powerful choice:
In Georgia, SoS Brian Kemp was on notice a system they used to flag voter registration was discriminatory and inaccurate. Lawmakers stuck with it anyway. 53,000 people's registrations are now in suspense, approx 70% of whom are black huffingtonpost.com/entry/georgia-…
Also in Georgia officials in one county wanted to close 7/9 polling places, but it quickly became public they had no reason for doing that. They kept the polling places open after public outcry. Since 2013, the state has closed 8 percent of its polls ajc.com/news/state--re…
In Florida, the state banned early voting at the University of Florida and public universities. A federal judge shredded the state and said that was unconstitutional.

Floridians are voting on a measure -- Amendment 4 -- on whether to end this on Tuesday. It would affect an estimated 1.4 million people, and approximately 1 in every 10 eligible voters in Florida.
In Michigan, Republicans controlled the redistricting process in 2011. A Republican aide discussed being able to cram "dem garbage" into certain districts. State is voting on Tuesday on whether to create an independent redistricting commission

Also in NC, GOP lawmakers put a constitutional amendment to require photo ID on the ballot. If the amendment passes, those lawmakers will decide what kinds of ID are accepted

In Texas, a woman was sentenced to five years in state prison for illegally voting in the 2016 election. She says she had no idea she was ineligible.

In Kansas, Kris Kobach, the head of President Trump's commission on voter fraud, is in a tied race for governor. Kobach backed what was perhaps the most restrictive voting law in the country. The law was struck down earlier this year.
