We've now seen the Government's application; it is signed by no fewer than FIVE QCs. How much public money are they spending trying to keep Parliament in the dark?
Let's recap.
First of all the Government said we shouldn't even have permission to bring this case but they lost in Scotland's highest court.

Now the Government wants to ignore the plain words of the legislation and 200 years of case law to overturn the decision of Scotland's highest court in the Supreme Court.
